David Cranstoun

David Cranstoun has extensive experience in finance and accounting, holding key positions at prominent firms. From November 1995 to November 2013, David served as Americas Assistant Controller at Ernst & Young, overseeing U.S. finance activities including financial control and performance measurement. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Financial Analyst at KPMG from June 1992 to November 1995. Since November 2013, David has been the Americas Controller at EY, where responsibilities include establishing the strategic direction for the U.S. accounting organization, focusing on resource optimization, ERP upgrades, and ensuring compliance with IFRS. David holds an MBA in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
