David Dyer

David Dyer is a seasoned tax consulting professional with extensive experience at EY since August 2005, currently serving as a Partner after previously holding the role of Senior Manager. In this capacity, David Dyer specializes in maximizing tax benefits, mitigating risks through strategic tax planning and compliance, and enhancing the efficiency and performance of tax departments. David Dyer's expertise also includes reviewing income tax provisions for several SEC audit clients and preparing quarterly and annual tax provision calculations for both private and public non-audit clients. Prior experience includes an internship at Marathon Oil Corporation in May 2003. David Dyer holds a Masters of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, earned from 2000 to 2005.
