David Gudmunsen

David Gudmunsen is a Partner at EY, specializing in the valuation of businesses, equities, financial instruments, intellectual property, and intangible assets. With over 20 years of experience, they have advised a diverse range of UK and international clients, leading complex valuations for various purposes under both IFRS and US GAAP. David holds a BSc (Hons) and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Leicester and a Securities Institute Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Previously, they held the positions of Executive Director and Assistant Director at EY between 2005 and 2015.
