David Otava

David Otava is a Director at EY, where they have led initiatives in indirect tax and VAT compliance since 2001. They also hold the position of Director at DPSC and have served as a member and chair of the financial committee for Město Černošice since 2010. David has judicial experience as a judge at both the Krajský soud v Praze and the Okresní soud pro Prahu-západ.
