David Petersen

David Petersen is an Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young, where they lead the Middle Market and Strategic Growth Markets focus in Melbourne's Assurance division. With extensive experience in emerging growth companies across various sectors, David has assisted clients with IPOs, private equity funding, acquisitions, and the development of accounting policies and risk management frameworks. They are also a committed supporter of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program, nominating numerous award winners. David has served as an audit signing partner for public and private companies and currently holds a position on the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of AusCycling. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Merit from the University of New South Wales.
