David Shade

David Shade is a Partner at EY, where they focus on helping clients strategically manage business and technology risks. With over 23 years of experience, David is committed to transforming risk functions for large multinational organizations and enhancing collaboration through innovative technology solutions. Currently, they also serve as the Director of the Shade Family Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Union League Boys & Girls Clubs. David is an active community leader in Chicago, deeply invested in advancing academics and the arts. They hold both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University, where they also engage in campus recruiting initiatives.
