David Snell

David Snell is currently the Director of Tax Policy at EY, working with the EMEIA Tax Policy team in the UK. With over 20 years of experience, they have advised ministers, served big corporates, and represented New Zealand on international platforms. Previously, David held roles such as New Zealand Tax Policy Leader at EY and played a key part in policy development while working at the New Zealand Treasury. They have an academic background that includes a B Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from The University of Manchester and multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School.
