Dawn Mackie

Dawn Mackie has extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, including finance and telecommunications. Mackie's career began at Intelligent Finance as an Intermediary Business Development Manager from April 2000 to March 2005, followed by roles at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included managing a large offshore customer service site and leading operations in collections and customer service. Mackie returned to Intelligent Finance as an Operations Manager and later held senior positions at Barclays UK, overseeing the Premier Direct UK division and leading international banking efforts for high net worth clients. Most recently, Mackie serves as Assistant Director of Operations at EY, focusing on financial performance evaluation and strategic planning for EMEIA markets since October 2022.
