Dayo Olateju, MBA, has extensive experience in production and operations management, serving as Production Supervisor and later as Plant Superintendent at Cargill from May 2012 to March 2016. Responsibilities included supervising a team of 25, implementing continuous improvement programs, and managing production schedules and labor variances using SAP.
