Dean Madsen

Dean Madsen is a tax partner at EY New Zealand, where they lead the national tax and law team from Auckland. With over 20 years of experience in corporate tax, including 11 years spent in the US and UK, Dean specializes in international and transaction tax. They have developed expertise in international tax structuring, business operating model design, and the taxation of cross-border commerce, working with some of the largest multinational groups globally. Dean holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
