Deandra Carter

Deandra Carter, MSHRM, is a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY, where they have been since 2023, following their role as an Experienced Staff Consultant at the same company from 2021 to 2023. They previously worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead in both Guest Experience and Human Resources from 2015 to 2018. Deandra began their professional journey with internships at Deloitte and CRP Industries in 2014 and 2013, respectively, where they focused on audit and accounting functions. They earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management & Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management & Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
