Debbie Shroyer

Debbie Shroyer is a Program Manager and Assistant Director with extensive experience in guiding teams toward strategic goals while thriving in dynamic environments. They worked at Ernst & Young from 2009 to 2016 in various roles, including Assurance Project Manager and Research Analyst, where they focused on audit budgeting, project reporting, and cross-functional team coordination. At Wells Fargo, they served as a Project Analyst, contributing to project management support and financial analysis. From 2016 to 2018, they continued with EY, advancing to roles such as Assurance ASA Coach and Assistant Director of Neuro-Diverse Centers of Excellence, where they led initiatives to integrate neurodiverse technologists into project teams. Currently, they pursue a degree in Business Marketing at Wright State University.
