Debora Queiroz

Debora Queiroz is a seasoned professional in Change Management, Training, Business Process Management, and Project Management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at EY. They began their career in the Music Business, gaining valuable experience in communication and web development before transitioning into IT project leadership for eight years. In 2012, Debora shifted their focus to Business Process Management, completing significant projects in various hospital groups and achieving numerous certifications, including Prosci and Project Management Professional (PMI). They hold multiple advanced degrees and continue to pursue education in transformative pedagogy at PUCRS.
