With a solid background in project finance and economic advisory, Declan has led significant infrastructure initiatives, managing optimal financing structures and vendor relationships. They previously worked as a Financial Advisor and Paraplanner at Bentleys WA and Resolve Finance, enhancing their expertise before rejoining EY as a Consultant. Declan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Economics from The University of Western Australia and multiple diplomas in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional.
