Deep Sarkar

Deep Sarkar is currently engaged in Leadership Development at EY GDS, after holding roles in Talent Management and DEI. They have previously served as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro and held various positions at Tata Metaliks, including Deputy Manager, where they were a core member of the Digitalisation team. Deep holds an MBA in Human Resources from IIM Ranchi and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from Jadavpur University. In addition to their professional experience, they were actively involved in several committees and clubs during their educational journey, including serving as a Senior Executive Member at IIM Ranchi.
