Deepali Bajaj has a diverse background in knowledge management and customer service, with significant experience across multiple prestigious organizations. At Barclays, from August 2009 to January 2011, Deepali served as a Sr. Process Advisor, managing customer inquiries and facilitating bank account transactions. Following this, Deepali held the position of Sr. Analyst at EY from January 2011 to November 2018, overseeing the management of content on the Discover Sites portal and publishing relevant information on the SharePoint platform. From November 2018 to March 2022, Deepali worked at Accenture as a Knowledge Management Specialist, where responsibilities included defining content management strategies and managing the end-to-end Content Management Lifecycle.
