Deirdre H.

Deirdre H. is a data lead at EY, leveraging over 20 years of experience in Business Support and Finance Operations with a global focus. Throughout their career, Deirdre has demonstrated effective leadership by managing and mentoring teams of up to 30 people. They held various senior roles at Ralph Lauren, including Senior Director of Finance Operations Digital and Master Data Governance, where they contributed to the establishment of a global digital hub and developed data governance policies. Prior to that, Deirdre worked at Gucci in multiple capacities, from project management to IT support. They earned a degree in Management Accounting from Cork Institute of Technology in 1996.
