Dennis Dai

Dennis (Ziniu) Dai has extensive experience in financial accounting and advisory services, with a focus on complex capital markets transactions and technical accounting under both US GAAP and IFRS. Starting as a Winter Audit Intern at KPMG China and progressing to roles such as Assurance Senior at Armanino LLP and Experienced Assurance Associate at KPMG US, Dennis has effectively advised clients on various accounting matters, including debt and equity instruments, hedging policies, and complex financial structuring. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA (Honors) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Dennis currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at EY, continuing to provide strategic advisory services in capital markets.
