Denver Yao is currently the EY Technology Associate Director, overseeing IT Level 3 Enterprise Application and DBA Operations for the EY China firm. Prior to joining EY in 2012, Denver worked as a Senior Customer Support Lead at Avaya from 2008 to 2012, providing Tier-3 software and network support. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT Business System Analyst and Project Manager at DELL from 2006 to 2008. Denver earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Dalian Jiaotong University in 2003.
