Derek Hedum

Derek Hedum is a Tax Senior at EY and a former team member of Team USA in figure skating. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Accounting, with a minor in Economics from Adrian College, graduating summa cum laude in just three years. Following this, Derek completed a Master of Accounting at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business to reach CPA eligibility. They gained valuable experience in tax consulting and compliance during their internship and subsequent roles at EY. Prior to their professional career, Derek worked as a barista at Starbucks and as an instructor at Mathnasium.
