Derek Lyttle

Derek Lyttle is an accomplished audit quality and enablement executive at EY with over 18 years of expertise in process, risk, and control, specializing in complex risk, audit, and compliance challenges within highly regulated environments. Previously serving as a Technology Risk Senior Manager from 2007 to 2020, Derek led audits and assessments in line with various regulatory standards, including SOX 404 and HIPAA. Since 2020, they have been the Global Consulting ISQM 1 Program Lead, where they develop and coordinate responses to international quality standards for EY’s $11B Consulting Service Line. Additionally, Derek serves as the Americas Professional Practice Executive, enhancing methodology and enabling audit quality amid evolving regulations. They hold a Master of Accountancy from The Ohio State University and a BS in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.
