Deshan Jayakody

Deshan Jayakody is an accomplished professional with experience in recruitment and operations within the insurance and advisory sectors. At AIA Sri Lanka, Deshan served as an Insurance Operations Assistant where valuable skills in recruitment functions were developed, contributing to agency appointment initiatives. Subsequently, in the role of Recruitment Operations Assistant, responsibilities included validating recruitment documentation and managing coding processes for wealth planners. Currently, Deshan holds the position of Advance Associate at EY, leading multi-location coordination to enhance engagement efficiency and managing global databases.
