Dev Sharma is a Partner in EY’s Consulting team with over 20 years of consulting and business experience. Globally recognized for expertise in strategy and digital transformation, Dev currently serves as the Global Delivery Services Lead for Oceania commercial accounts and supports EY's Government and Infrastructure teams worldwide. Dev has led various initiatives aimed at unlocking value through digital transformation, AI, and business process design, while also serving as a trusted advisor throughout clients' transformative journeys. They actively present the “Planning your digital response” module in the G100 CFO100 program and have co-authored EY’s University of the Future thought leadership. Dev holds an MBA from Queen’s University and is pursuing additional degrees in Commerce and Business Systems at Monash University, as well as a course at MIT focused on Artificial Intelligence.
