Dex Chen

Dex Chen is an experienced professional in sustainability and environmental management, currently serving as an Associate Partner at EY since October 2021, with prior roles as Director and Associate Director. Dex is a member of the Sustainability Capacity Building Sub-committee for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since December 2023. Previous experience includes leading the Sustainability Office at Gardens by the Bay and working as a Manager at Temasek, where efforts focused on sustainable development initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Biodiversity and Conservation Management from the University of Oxford, a Field Biology course at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from the National University of Singapore.
