Dima Zel is a Transaction Support Partner at EY Israel, leading the Transaction Support team that assists investors and companies in every phase of the transaction cycle. With over 18 years of experience in consulting and industry roles, Dima has worked with a range of clients including private equity funds and multinational corporations, transforming traditional compliance offerings into comprehensive strategic financial advice. Dima holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Economics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, is a CPA in Israel, and is certified as both an Informational Systems Auditor (CISA) and Internal Auditor (CIA).
