With over 20 years of experience, Doreen specializes in accounting and finance for industries such as life science, health, consumer health, and technology & media. Doreen has a strong background in SEC accounting, financial reporting, and transactions, and has been instrumental in addressing ESG regulatory requirements. Doreen previously held the role of senior manager and was part of EY’s Professional Practice group, focusing on the Media & Entertainment Industry. They earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
