Doug Bailey

Doug Bailey is an International Tax Partner with over 25 years of experience specializing in international tax, financial services, digital assets, and artificial intelligence. They served as a Senior Tax Executive and Head of Global Tax Planning at Bank of America from 2013 to 2020, overseeing the bank's federal, state, and international tax strategies. Prior to that, Doug was a Partner at Ernst & Young, where they contributed to the international tax and capital markets groups from 1997 to 2009. Currently, Doug works as a Partner at EY. They hold a Master’s degree in Accountancy with a focus on Taxation from The University of Georgia and continue their education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
