Doug Ledbetter

Doug Ledbetter is the Americas Centralization Leader and Managing Partner of the Wichita office at EY, where they focus on transforming centralized services and enhancing client experiences. With over 20 years of experience in public and private sectors, particularly in aerospace, defense, and energy, Ledbetter has a strong background in financial reporting and compliance, specifically with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. They graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a BA in Accounting and Finance and actively serve on the boards of the United Way of the Plains and Youth Horizons, contributing significantly to talent development initiatives in Wichita. Prior to their current role, Ledbetter served as an Assurance Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2017.
