Dr. Echo Chen

Dr. Echo Chen is the China business group lead at EY in Western Australia and an experienced international tax advisor specializing in transfer pricing for multinational corporations. With over a decade of experience in prominent firms, Echo focuses on helping Asian investments succeed in Australia, while also advocating for stronger bilateral relationships between Australia and China. Echo holds a Ph.D. from Tulane University and has worked across various roles in the tax advisory field, including positions at KPMG and Deloitte. Currently, Echo serves as the Treasurer for the Australia China Business Council's Perth Branch, aiming to build a better economy for future generations. Outside of professional commitments, Echo enjoys exploring the world with a primary school-aged child.
