Dr Leonard Chan

Dr. Leonard Chan is a strategic digital executive currently serving as the Director at EY, where they lead Client Experience (CX) initiatives for Assurance in Oceania. Previously, they worked as a Business Solutions Digital Leader at GE Capital from 2012 to 2016, and briefly held the position of Head of Digital at EY Sweeney in 2017. In addition, they were the Associate Director of Digital Marketing and New Media at Monash University from 2010 to 2012. With a focus on innovative digital strategy, Dr. Chan is dedicated to enhancing client experiences across various channels.
