Dr. Peter Katko is a partner at EY Law and the Global Leader of Digital Law. They served as a legal expert at Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst and Bayerische Staatskanzlei, focusing on technology transfer and media law. Previously, Dr. Katko was the head of IP/IT/Privacy Law at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and worked as a senior consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Dr. Katko currently lectures on Digital and Corporate Law at Hochschule München and is pursuing a Juris Doctor and a Doctor of Philosophy degree at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.
