Echo Liu is a Senior Manager in the Business Consulting practice at Ernst & Young, leveraging over 12 years of experience in enterprise transformation projects for multinational clients, particularly in the Technology and Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility sectors. They specialize in end-to-end transformation, process excellence, and change management, and have been leading process mining initiatives in EY Greater China since 2019. Echo is also a recognized Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and a dedicated nonprofit practitioner, having served as Founding Vice President of A Better Community and currently partnering with a leading nonprofit consulting social enterprise. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Economics from The Ohio State University and completed a program in Leadership and Social Innovation at Harvard University.
