Eileen O'Neill

Eileen O'Neill, JD, CPA is a Senior Manager in Tax Quality at EY, specializing in the Indirect Tax practice. They recently joined the Americas Tax Quality practice, where they provide guidance on tax quality issues and support Indirect Tax engagement teams. Prior to this role, Eileen spent over a decade in EY’s Indirect Tax Global Location Investment, Credits & Incentives Practice, assisting clients with securing various incentives. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Ellerin & Associates, a Legal Intern at the Environmental Protection Agency, and representing clients in federal tax disputes as a Student Attorney at the GSU Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Eileen holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a Master's in Taxation from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
