Eimear Lambe OLY is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, athletics, and business consulting. Beginning her career as an English teacher for teenagers at ATC Language Schools, Eimear transitioned to roles such as Brand Ambassador for Because Creative Experiences Ireland, and currently serves as a Dare to Believe Ambassador for the Irish Olympic Council. In the business sector, Eimear has held a position as a Senior Business Consultant at EY since September 2021. Eimear is also recognized as an Athlete Representative and Professional Athlete with Rowing Ireland, alongside serving as a rowing coach at Blackrock College, where responsibilities included organizing training sessions and motivating team members. As a keynote speaker, Eimear shares insights from her professional journey. Eimear holds degrees in Commerce International from University College Dublin and the University of Regensburg.
