Elise Saur

Elise Saur is a seasoned professional at EY, with a career spanning from August 2006 to the present. Currently serving as the Responsible Business Leader in Global Corporate Responsibility, Elise focuses on integrating responsibility, inclusiveness, and sustainability into EY's strategies and operations. Leading a diverse global team of sustainability experts, Elise drives transformation through transparency. Additionally, as the Vantage Program Leader, Elise oversees a six-week program that connects emerging EY leaders with high-impact entrepreneurs to foster inclusive growth. Previous roles include leadership positions in Transaction Advisory Services, including supporting knowledge enablement and fostering collaboration within the practice. Elise also gained experience as a Corporate Responsibility Fellow at Tecverde Engenharia Ltda, and holds a Master's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Boston College.
