Ellen Chen

Ellen (Jing) Chen has extensive experience in network engineering and technical product management, having worked for prominent organizations such as Ernst and Young LLP and Scotiabank. At Ernst and Young LLP, Ellen held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Network Engineer and Associate Director where responsibilities included network design, infrastructure implementation, and managing product roadmaps. Ellen's expertise extends to designing global network solutions and cloud architectures, particularly for Azure, as well as creating AI frameworks for the Global Tax Platform. Ellen holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
