Ellen Flakke

Ellen Flakke, PhD, is a Senior Manager at EY People Consulting and leads the Nordic Change & Transformation community. They have a profound interest in the human aspects of organizational changes, having extensively explored both theoretical and practical dimensions in their research and consulting work. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Psychology from Universitetet i Oslo, as well as a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University. Prior to joining EY in 2014, Ellen held various academic roles, including a PhD fellowship at the University of Southern Denmark, focusing on social identities in post-merger integration processes.
