Elsie Lai

Elsie Lai is currently a Learning Consultant at Ernst & Young, where they design learning strategies, deploy programs, and deliver learning experiences for the Asean and Singapore Consulting sectors. Previously, Elsie held roles as an Associate Director and Assistant Director in Learning & Development, as well as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, conducting financial due diligence for various industries. They began their career as a Vacation Trainee at Ernst & Young, assisting with audits for Initial Public Offerings. Elsie earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University and completed their GCE 'A' and 'O' Levels at Hwa Chong Junior College and Bukit Panjang Government High School, respectively.
