Emily Andersen

Emily Andersen has a diverse range of experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Emily served as Treasurer at Hope Connection International, Inc. from June 2019 to January 2021, and held a Retail Specialist position at Ivy And Leo for a short duration in late 2019. An internship at Brewer Defense Group in summer 2015 provided early exposure to professional environments. From February 2020 to December 2021, Emily contributed to the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School as a Kenan Flagler UBP Admissions Ambassador and a STAR Undergraduate Team Member, participating in a semester-long consulting project. A Consulting Intern role at EY in summer 2021 involved working on automating demand planning software. Additional experience includes positions as a Hostess at MidiCi Italian Kitchen and as a Student Office Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where responsibilities included event organization and customer service. Emily is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with studies at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2018 to 2022.
