Emily Marsden

Emily Marsden is a Director in the Tax Policy & Controversy Team at EY, where they have been providing technical and strategic assistance in relation to ATO enquiries since 2006. Previously, they held the position of Manager at the NSW Office of State Revenue from 2004 to 2006. Emily specializes in mitigating tax risk, drafting tax risk policies, and advising multinational organizations on global tax corporate governance frameworks. They hold a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws, and are currently pursuing a Masters of Law (Tax) from the University of Sydney. Emily is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and has contributed to various publications in the field.
