Emily McDermott has a diverse background in marketing, consulting, and cybersecurity, beginning with an internship at AustCham Shanghai in 2016, where skills in creative design, event planning, and customer interaction were developed. Leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as Team Leader at 180 Degrees Consulting, managing consulting services for not-for-profit organizations and gaining experience in social media strategies and project scheduling.
