Emma Buchanan is currently serving as the Federation Chief Executive at the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia since February 2025. With extensive experience at EY since January 2012, Emma has held multiple significant roles including Director and Partner in the Economics, Policy & Regulation division. Prior to this, Emma was an Economist at Ernst & Young and at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2011 to January 2012. Emma holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
