Emma Mitchell is an experienced leader in diversity and inclusiveness, currently serving as the Diversity & Inclusiveness Leader for EY in the EMEIA Financial Services Organization since February 2013. Previous roles include HR and Change Project Director at the University of Westminster and Recruitment and Mobility Director at Ernst and Young, where recruitment strategies for Financial Services professionals were developed. Emma also held significant HR leadership positions at HSBC, overseeing HR projects for a large workforce and contributing to the development of global people strategies. Starting as an HR Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Emma has a solid academic foundation with a BA Hons in History from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath.
