Enya Feerick is a Senior Consultant in the People Consulting team at EY. With expertise in Learning and Development, Organisational Design, and Strategic Workforce Planning, they are well-versed in workforce planning and organisational development. Enya holds an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology and a BA in Psychology and Sociology, both from the University of Limerick. Previously, Enya worked as a Retail Assistant at O’Keefes Spar Roslevan and as a Research Assistant with Haven Horizons, contributing to important educational courses on domestic abuse.
