Eric Cluppert

Eric Cluppert is the Director of Experience Management at EY, where they lead the Americas Tax Experience Management division since 2020. Previously, they served as the National Tax Experience Management Lead at EY from 2008 to 2015. Eric gained early experience as an HR intern at Roundy's Supermarkets Inc. and the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club in 2006. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ripon College.
