Eric Janis

Eric Janis is a Partner, Strategy and Transactions (SaT) and Global Client Service Partner at EY, where they leverage over 25 years of M&A and transactions expertise. They have successfully led over 450 transactions, including more than 40 multibillion-dollar deals, primarily serving clients in retail, consumer products, and industrials. Eric has extensive cross-border experience, having led over 50 transactions across multiple continents. Previously, they held senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young, PwC, and Deloitte, fostering talent and innovation within the transaction advisory space. Eric earned a BBA from The University of Georgia.
