Eric Welling

Eric Welling is a Managing Director at EY, specializing in Insider Risk and Resilience and Recovery preparation. They have demonstrated leadership and subject matter expertise in Cyber, Intelligence, National Security, and Risk Management. Eric began their career as a Police Officer at Bath Township Police before serving as a Special Agent for the U.S. Secret Service. They then spent nearly 24 years with the FBI, culminating as a Deputy Assistant Director. Prior to joining EY, Eric was a Senior Security Executive at Accenture. Eric holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from The University of Akron.
