Erina Gavin

Erina Gavin is an experienced HR professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at EY as an HR M&A specialist, following their role as a Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Erina served as an HR Integration Advisor and Trainer at Capita from 2011 to 2016, where they developed and delivered various training programs. They began their career as an HR Advisor at the British Broadcasting Corporation in 2005. Erina holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
