Estela Miranda is currently an International Tax Partner at EY, where they specialize in the development of tax strategies and corporate restructurings for multinational companies. With over 15 years of experience in international taxation, Estela's expertise includes tax consulting for Maquiladora and IMMEX companies, as well as analyzing financial models and planning for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Estela served as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on U.S. tax planning and Mexican taxation. Estela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and multiple degrees in International Taxation and Foreign Trade from various prestigious institutions.
