Esther Taylor

Esther Taylor currently serves as the Sustainability Operations Lead and Assistant Director at EY since March 2025. Prior to this role, Esther held various positions at FLSmidth from August 2022 to March 2025, including ESG Manager - External Reporting & Integration and ESG Finance Data Controller for Group Finance, focusing on delivering auditable ESG data and ensuring compliance with EU reporting directives. Esther's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at Mesh Community, a leading startup community in the Nordics, and as Research Centre Officer at the University of Melbourne. Early career roles included Guest Service Agent at Rydges Hotels & Resorts and Venue Assistant at State Library Victoria. Esther holds a Graduate Certificate in Politics and International Studies from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communication from Swinburne University of Technology.
